Georg Kentrup is the director of the Consol Theatre and specializes in dramaturgy. He will be involved in the project in an artistic and managerial way.

Can you tell us why you chose to join the project?

 For us as Consol Theatre, a theatre for young audience, the wide scope of perspectives about sustainability and transformation is interesting and in the centre of our work for and with youngsters of all ages.

What do you think the fact of working at the European scale is bringing to the project ?

The different european perspectives and experiences are absoulte important for a development and placement of possible solutions for the common future. The coworking outside regional and local horizons opens up new platforms for discussions, a growing knowledge and creative processes.

How do you see your role within the project, what can you bring to this partnership ?

As a theatre for young audience we want to connect the objectives of our audience to the content of the project. With different projects we stepped into the topic of sustainable and hope of synergies in between the different partners.

What are the most common challenges faced your organization in terms of ecology?

How can we be a climate-neutral theatre as soon as possible? How does artistical freedom and limitations and rules new defined by climate protection work together?

What do you hope LeCAKE will bring to your organization?

How can we be a climate-neutral theatre as soon as possible? How does artistical freedom and limitations and rules new defined by climate protection work together?

What do you hope LeCAKE will bring to the cultural sector as a whole?

 A first step of reflection, some traces of solutions, a good-practice for european coworking structure.
