LeCAKE Train launched a recruitment campaign for European volunteers in order to involve young people in the process in each structure.
Each structure host a tandem composed of a local volunteer and a European one sent by another partner. These young people, recruited thanks to various moibility programmes, are accompanied by the host structure and the LeCAKE coordination.
Their mission is to monitor and test the educational modules designed during the project and to link them to the local ecosystem of the host partner. They also help to facilitate the relationship between the 8 partners, and participate in the ideation workshops to co-design the partners’ future projects in an ecological logic.
Finally, they participate in face-to-face workshop weeks to complete their learning.
