Reverse Pedagogy and Expert Session
Methodology
The objective of the reverse pedagogy is to facilitate a direct discussion among the participants. The discussion revolves around a short video that offers an overview of the topic. To maximize engagement, participants are encouraged to watch the video at least 1 week before the webinar. This proactive approach enables them to come prepared and actively participate in the workshop discussion.
Furthermore experts were included in the discussion. The experts can participate live or an interview with them is registered. The session should be structured as follows: 20-30 minutes of speech/interview and 30-40 minutes of Q&A. For this module, the Consol Theater chose another format: 4 experts gave a short video input of 3-4 minutes each.
